Required Information

2. Identification of infringing material: Provide the URL(s) or specific location of the allegedly infringing content
3. Your contact information: Name, address, phone number, and email address
4. Good faith statement: A statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
5. Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
6. Signature: Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake
3. Your name, address, and phone number
4. Consent to the jurisdiction of federal court
5. Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

False Claims

Knowingly submitting a false DMCA notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney's fees.
