Your path as a creator (follow the links)

  1. Register or log in
  2. Become a Publisher (opt-in; requires an account)
  3. Open the Publisher Panel (you will be asked to log in if needed)
  4. Create a series — detailed steps in the Publishing guide

  6. Optional: monetize with Slams and payouts — see Round 6 below and your panel’s Income / Payouts
Already opted in as a publisher? Jump to Creating a series in the Publishing guide for the full technical checklist. Come back here anytime for the big-picture story.

On Page Slam, a creator is someone who opts in as a publisher, uses the Publisher Panel, and shares series and episodes with readers. There is no separate “creator account type”: you register like everyone else, then claim your publisher mantle when you are ready.

Round 1 Lace up your boots — create an account

Start by registering with your name, email, and password, or use log in and choose Google or Facebook if your account is already linked. Once you are in, you are a reader first—then you choose to step through the ropes as a publisher.

Next: Become a Publisher.

Round 2 Throw the challenge — become a publisher

While logged in, open Become a Publisher (also linked from the site navigation). Read the opt-in copy, tick the box that you want publisher access, and submit the form. That unlocks the Publisher Panel—still free during our curated launch, with perks like the Founding Creator badge called out on the opt-in page.

Next: Publisher Panel, then Creating a series in the Publishing guide.

The Luchador holds a microphone toward the camera, mask tilted mischievously, as if cutting a promo: “I accept!” A stylized checkbox and confetti echo the opt-in moment; the ring ropes frame the shot like a comic panel border.

Round 3 Step into the Publisher Panel

Open the Publisher Panel. The footer also links here when you are logged in as a publisher. This dashboard is where you create and manage series and episodes, upload covers and page art, set locked episodes, and open Income and Payouts.

Round 4 Name your saga — create a series

In the Publisher Panel, create a new series: title, description, genres, cover, optional banner—then set the series to active when readers should see it. Your first saved series is the moment you fully “debut” as a publishing creator, not just the opt-in flag.

Follow the numbered checklist under Creating a series in the Publishing guide.

Round 5 Drop the finishing move — episodes and pages

Create episodes with titles, numbers, thumbnails, schedule, and ratings; upload page images in order for readers. The full field list lives under Adding episodes in the Publishing guide.

Tip: Keep the technical guide open in another tab while you work in the panel.

Round 6 Earn with Slams and get paid (optional but real)

Readers buy Slams and can spend them to unlock episodes you lock. Cleared balances, thresholds, and Stripe Connect onboarding live under Income and Payouts in the Publisher Panel. After you log in, you can visit /slams to purchase Slams and test how readers unlock your work.

Play by the rules

Before and after you publish, keep your work within our Content Policy and Community Guidelines.
